and this is with almost all of the precincts expected to heavily vote for Hogan in.  The urban core and Audrey Moran's winning precincts haven't come in yet.   WOW!  Fingers crossed!

I'm going for Alvin too but... The gap is getting wider. He's losing by 7,000 now.

Well it looks like Ortega, Avondale, Atlantic Beach, San Jose, and other progressive parts of town have swung for Hogan.  Many of the African American neighborhoods have also reported.  I'd say that this ratio is probably going to remain for the remainder of the night.
