QuotePolls in the city's 256 precincts opened at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. About 70,300 people cast ballots by 1:30 p.m., with the largest turnout continuing to be in City Council District 14. That district includes Riverside, Avondale, Ortega and stretches into Argyle Forest. The candidates are Jill Dame and Jim Love.

Can't find the map at present... Didn't 14 go Moran previously?

I am so scared of this election for Jacksonville.

-Josh
Dont be scared, josh. Its NOT the end of the world. These next few days will give you the opportunity to take Jacksonville ahead, but, with all due respect, it will take (much) more than one who is elected Mayor. It will take Action by individuals. Like here in MetroJax. Whomever is elected WILL support us!
I know many will see my post here as an awful! metaphor, but we ARE on to something in these past months. This is our beginning!

As has become my custom, let me say: alea iacta est.

The die is cast. Now use this site to see where it lands:

Great, I'm gonna break my F5 key.

I have a stand-alone big button programmed to refresh, so I can slam it.
