Those two decrepit buildings

I was downtown recently, and I notice two interesting looking but run down buildings across the corner from the Bank of America tower.  I believe they were about 15 stories tall.  They appeared to be gutted, and some of the architectural details were missing.  They looked like apartment buildings to me.  They would make nice places to live, though it would take a boat-load of money to do it.  Does anybody know what they are?

They belong to Cameron Kuhn.  I believe these properties are in the midst of foreclosure.
