I'd agree - but I think it's interesting that GAP was interested in a non-mall location

The Gap has non-mall locations in both Downtown Savannah and Charleston.

Exactly - two cities with real urban retail.  While I think Einstein Bros. is well needed, a Gap couls have signified that Jacksonville is ready for national, urban retail of some kind
