I just went on to JTA's website and ran into Recovery Act page ( http://www.jtafla.com/Projects/showPage.aspx?Sel=208 ), and I have observed something out of ordinary.

Fare Collection System. To install modern fare collection equipment in bus fleet.   
$4,430,000 - Mass Transit

$4,430,000 to overhaul the whole fare collection system?! Where is it?! I don't see them at all. Where is the credit card option? Where is the fare card that is refillable? Where is the smart METRO-like card?

More like JTA is READY to put these stimulus dollars to trash and buy them some golden parachute for the executives while the Jacksonvillians are left to rot in the foul smelling of cars' exhaust.
