Townhomes on Market st

Does anybody have any information on the townhome complex at market and ashley st? (when they were built, who the developer was) I noticed them for the first time today and I really liked them. I always thought that jax needed something like these, but I didn't think there were any. I thought they would go better somewhere like Springfield, but would Springfield being a historic district stop developers from building something like this complex?

I live in the complex...its called Parks at the Cathedral....they were finished in 2002, financed by Bank of America (with assistance from COJ) and built by D.H. Griffin

All units have at leasxt 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths + 1 car garage....the complex also includes a pool and clubhouse.

Currently there are 4 units for sale (betrween $220-$240k)....if interested, check realtor.com

btw...we just had the bricks and concrete pressure washed, so it looks better than ever!
