Where did the additional $76M courthouse funding article go?

I took it down because upon further research it was off base.  The $76.5 million additional funding request was apart of the $350 million construction estimate.  COJ just forgot to budget for it.  I still have the article text and your response Noone.  I just removed it from public view for the time being, until I have a chance to review everything in more detail.

WOW! Its a good thing we had those early budget hearings. Would the property tax increase have been even more?
