Does anyone know what their regular hours are? I've stopped swinging by at random because they were closed alot a few months ago.

Also, did the owners ever sell successfully? I remember seeing the ad on craigslist!

My buddy drove by the other day and said they had closed down. Can anyone else verify that?

I ate there during the most recent Art Walk and the food was better than ever.  I thought they had switched to counter service but they ended up asking us to sit down and our service was decent.  Not amazing but we didn't storm out or anything.  It was full but not as crowded as prior art walks.  I can still remember the extra cheese on my slice - it was VERY good.

However I wouldn't know if they have closed down since Art Walk (April) or who the owner is or anything.

Well I apologize. I guess my buddy was wrong. I figured I'd just call and see who answered and sure info one of the waiters answered.

Wow, If the food is better now, then i'll need to try it again.

I had pizza there last night. The menu is shorter, but the pizza is, as always, great.

How late did you go? I'm wondering if they still have their late night hours like they originally said, I think until 2 am on the weekends supposedly? I'll stop being lazy and just call or swing by.

that ad is old....they are open at night (until midnight I think) Wed - Fri.....as of now, they are closed on weekends but hope to restart Saturday soon

Can we sign a petition for weekend hours? I'll even overlook bad service.

So last night I figured I would try Nicky G's again. I loved there food when they first opened but I feel it went really down hill. It just wasnt very good. I got the stromboli and it sure wasnt worth $9.00. I would much rather go to Al's Pizza or Pizza Palace any day over Nicky G's.

to each their own...I do like Al's but I think Pizza Palace is terrible

true, true...

Ordered their pizza and garlic knots the last 2 friday nights for take out.  Both experiences were fine and the pizzas were very good.  The garlic knots were not that good last week, but pretty good last night.  I'll go back.

Ate at G's a few months ago and the food was ok, but not great.

My main complaint was the decor.  It looks and feels like a Firehouse Subs.  That is ok for a lunch place, but not the look or vibe I want on a Friday night.

I've only had the pizza at Nicky G's, but that's really what the place is -- a pizza place.  It serves a good, moderately priced pizza in a good location and I really like the oversized, once-was-a-floor tables.  To me, it is what it is.  Al's, while it has good pizza too, isn't as comfortable.

It sort of reminds me of a college town pizza place. Whereas Al's is a walked-outta-my-condo pizza place.
