Anyone know when the new singage is going up on the Stadium?

I'd say more than a few weeks as it'll take some time to get those large signs made. At the earliest, I'd say the 3rd or 4th game of the reg. season.

actually it is supposed to be up in time for Saturday night's game

Yes they did say everything would be ready for this week. That was the point of getting it approved so quickly.

Really? Wow, that is putting it on the fast track. That truly is some good news.

I would say the signs are probably already made!!

Well, out of curiosity, I drove by the Stadium today during lunch.  There was no indication of any signs, or pre-work (if there's even going to be any needed?)..

Hopefully they put them up this week!  Or at least by the 1st Regular Season game!

EverBank signs, 400 strong, to immerse Jacksonville stadium area
The signs will total 34,000 square feet.

QuoteThe newly named EverBank Field will have 400 signs with the Jacksonville bank’s logo on it, reminding fans at almost every turn about the company’s five-year, $16.6 million deal to put its name on the city-owned stadium.
None of the signs is up yet, but EverBank and the Jacksonville Jaguars unveiled the design of the signs Wednesday and said most of them will be in place for the Sept. 12 home opener.
The 400 signs will total 34,000 square feet of signage. In comparison, a football field with end zones covers about 58,000 square feet.
“We’ve really started a new chapter in Jaguars football,” said Macky Weaver, senior vice president for sales and marketing for the Jaguars.
He did not have a figure for how many Alltel signs were in place at the stadium when Alltel had naming rights until 2007. But Weaver said EverBank will brand the stadium much more intensely. There will be large EverBank signs on elevated towers, above ticket windows, and at Touchdown Club entrances. Smaller signs will hang from light posts and flagpoles.
“Once you see the final product here, it’s going to be amazing relative to what it was like before,” he said.
EverBank and the Jaguars are sharing the cost of the signs. The expense is in addition to EverBank’s deal to pay the Jaguars for the naming-rights sponsorship. Officials for the bank and Jaguars declined to give a cost for the signs or how that is being split.
Instead of just putting EverBank’s logo on the stadium, the bank and Jaguars wanted a design that celebrates “the pageantry of the NFL experience with a distinctively local flair,” said Lisa Henrichsen, chief marketing officer for EverBank. The signs will have brightly colored panels depicting football and Jacksonville landmarks.
The prevalence of EverBank signs at the stadium will boost the bank’s marketing in the Jacksonville area, adding to the ability to reach a wider television audience when announcers refer to the Jaguars playing at EverBank Field.
Henrichsen said the bank has already benefited from the stadium sponsorship because people are paying closer attention to the bank’s Jacksonville presence.
“The stadium was a tipping point,” she said.
