San Marco Development

New to the group, so pardon if I'm asking a redundant question. 

I just rode with somebody on San Marco Boulevard, relatively close to Bistro Aix, I passed by an empty lot advertising some sort of possible construction (maybe 4 or 5 floors).  Anybody?  Thanks!
