Yes - that's exactly where it's at.

Also, I did notice that there's a "Speckled Hen" Pub & Alehouse in Reading, PA.  Not sure if there's any connection at all there, however.

As for the location, I'm mixed.  It's relieving to still have new places come into the Avenues area (Lat. 360, Forever 21, etc.) instead of immediately assuming SJTC.  That said, Avenues Walk has a LONG way to go.

Im glad to see more things coming to the Avenues area. JAcksonville has a tendency of abadoning the old for the new. That is why regency is in such despair now. The Avenues or regency area should not die. And regardless of what people say, Regency is the Grand mama of malls here. She was the orginator. lmao
