That's where I get me D&D coffee every morning. There is a stand alone Dunkin Donuts off of San Jose near San Marco and one off of Phillips & JTB that I know of...

If you're referring to the location in Regency, they could close it today. Its horrible! I would think a decent Dunkin would fly downtown. or KK ... sure miss the Origonal KK on  Cassatt...

No, there are several configurations available ranging from standalone stores(5 in Jax), instore kiosks, or shared building end caps.  A drive-thru endcap could work within the design plan posted for the BP station.  Traffic count and residential/working population fits in that location... its now just a matter of a franchisee with the capacity to step forward.

I believe in that intersection.  A Walgreens/CVS/Rite Aid could absolutely work at the old Park View site as well.  Its just going to take the cajones for someone to step up and do it.  Underwriting it actually looks fairly positive with a good candidate.
