I agree with all the posters on the FCN site. Cut their junk off and let them pee through a tube the rest of their miserable lives..and remember the rape of the woman on the bicycle in Riverside several months ago? Could the missing one with the funky haircut be the same as one of the attackers? I think I remember a composite drawing of a black man with hair that looked like that.
