Mystery Man

Can anyone help me? I'm trying to identify a guy that I always see walking around town. I've seen him for years. Sometimes downtown, sometimes Riverside, Westside, etc. The best way I can think to describe him is, he kind of looks like James Cromwell (the farmer in Babe, Zefram Cochrane in Star Trek: First Contact), and he leans forward when he walks. Slightly hunched, but not too much. He doesn't look exactly like James Cromwell, but that might give you an idea. Who IS this guy? Like I say, he's been around for, like 20 years.

Do you still see him? What is he usually wearing. There are 2 guys that I know that favor James Cromwell but they always wear something that stands out.

I last saw him 3 or 4 months ago, I think, but it's hard to keep track. His clothes are bascially non-descript. Just a button-up short-sleeve shirt and trousers (not jeans, not shorts).
