Depends on the Judge and SAO.  Back in the 80's in Clay County, I had a former employee put away for 30 years at age 18 for sales within 1000 feet of a school.  Look him up at Florida Department of Corrections "Wallace Williams  DC # 811354".  He is still there.  Wallace was not a violent guy, just kind of young and stupid.
