LaVilla named the 4th Most Dangerous Neighborhood in America

Statistics, eh? I doubt there are 185 people living in the area anymore, much less 47. I guess it could be the homeless there mostly attacking each other, though I drive through LaVilla (what's left of it) several times a day and I rarely see the urban outdoorsmen there, either.

I went to the "Neighborhood Scout" web site and pulled up an Arlington neighborhood near the address 931 Misty Mountain Dr. W., Jax, 32225.  They call that neighborhood “Cosmo”.

The “Crime Rates” in that Arlington neighborhood are EXACTLY the same as the “Beaver/Broad St” neighborhood.  EXACTLY.  I’m not talking about the bars/numbers that show the overall Jacksonville stats.  I’m talking about the stats specific to both the “Beaver/Broad St.” neighborhood and the Arlington “Cosmo” neighborhood.   

What that tells me is that the numbers are completely bogus.  The site “Wallet Pop 25 most dangerous neighborhoods” is using bogus numbers.
