Hey Ock.,

I read in the new Folio that you have re-incorporated the Jacksonville Traction Company, and will be competing for the $100Mil from the BJP to get rail back on the S-Line. Is this fact or fiction? In anycase, I bow my head in admiration at your dedication. Congrats on getting Folio on your side. They all but left JTA with their tail between their legs in the article.

100% USDA Grade A ... FACT!

As told from the cab of a locomotive no less! JTCO is back, and it's the real thing, not a copy.

I think it is way to early to even go there... It's a matter of getting the plan into action and letting the City Hall know we have the players involved that could make it happen. I'm getting almost daily E:Mails from all over the country, "WILL WORK FOR TROLLEY..." Professionals so dedicated they are willing to give us their time! Unreal. Right now there are a million other things to consider, like partnership with JEA (not JTA) and some new age fuel tech company. Remember those neighborhoods that were leaking Methane? What about the land fills? Did you know a single old landfill full of LFG or Land Fill Gas wells could run a complete trolley and Skyway system? We'd be green too. While Methane does put out some Co2 it's not as dangerous as other fuels. Moreover, it can be captured, exchanged, and we could even sell carbon credit rights to companies that pollute.

Under new international laws if you have a dirty factory, you pay carbon credit fines. Or you buy the carbon credits on the open market. Just to be simple, lets say you produce $100 dollars a day of fine debit. The streetcars make several hundred in "credits". We can offer Mr. Dirty factory a deal, we'll sell him $100 dollars worth of credit, for $85.00. It's like free money, and streetcars and Skyways CAN make that happen. Spell it ELECTIRC ECONOMY.

Sell to JTA... I'd hope we'd be working together and not against each other. Although there is an abandoned in place,  streetcar line in Colombia, I'd like to re-visit!

Never! I hope if you can get rail transit in place I want you to run it. I'll ride it.
