Article dates wrong???

Hi all, just wondering how come sometime dates on articles change? An example is:
http://www.metrojacksonville.com/article/2008-jul-what-if-jacksonville-suddenly-woke-up
You can see it says it was published FEB 15th, but it's a pretty old article.
