Biggest issue that I see is like normal............."Concurrency" is not allway used in the area that is affected by whatever project that concurrency is notated! It seems that the Council can divert to area's where they feel it more needed or more important! I would also like to point out ......we have so many plans in the works, I would think there is just one Department maybe keeping track of them...........maybe! When in doubt make up a plan and things will be just fine right?

Hey, Ock!  Don't forget that in Colombia you are a Yankee!   ;D

NOT!

First thing I did after going into an office was call everyone from the Inspector General, to the University, and explain that little bit of Americana. Instructions went out to students and workers all over Colombia to NEVER EVER call someone from the American South a Yankee. When they learn why, they laugh and give you a sigh  "Oh Si!"
Explaining how the Confederacy suffered under the same Yankee Government that Colombia suffered under in 1901, for the exact opposite reasons makes one an instant object of curiosity.

We invaded Colombia in 1901, to support the Liberal Party's troops in seizing Panama Providence (so we could dig a ditch... a ditch that Colombia had a better location for) telling the whole world that we did it because we were here to enforce a doctrine of SELF GOVERNMENT FOR ALL OF THE AMERICAS per the will of their people.

We didn't mention that just 40 years before we massacred a million men to deny these very same rights to Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama etc...

Colombian's find this VERY interesting... but then most Colombian's can name the states, the capitols, the principal cities, rivers, railroads, etc..
