Must attract travellers heading southward INTO Jax, not around it

Also, I think the ariport interchange is under redesign by FDOT. 

There are plans for a flyover for I-95 Northbound drivers heading to the airport.  The flyover would make Airport Rd limited access from I-95 to the airport.  However, at this time, its not funded.  As for entering town from the north, you do have River City Marketplace, which offers many of the same things you see coming into town from the south.  With the proposed hospital and JIA North Access Road and commuter rail being proposed, that area should continue to bloom.  The skyline/city view is also more impressive coming in from the north, imo.
