JACKSONVILLE WILL GET NUKE CARRIER AT NAVAL STATION MAYPORT

I didn't see this topic covered, or maybe it was and I missed it, but the news was first broke on January 30, 2010.  If someone covered this in the form a thread and I missed it, please cancel this thread; if not, this is good news. 

USS FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT (CV-42), USS SARATOGA (CV-60), USS JOHN F. KENNEDY (CV-67), and now a nuclear aircraft carrier...the tradition continues!!

Result?  More jobs, more payrolls, more taxes paid into the economy, and an Aircraft Carrier silohuette seen off of the beach, from the beach when the carrier is leaving, and when approaching from the outside of the base on Mayport Road.
