WrestleMania in Jacksonville

it will be announced monday that Atlanta will host WrestleMania 27 @ the Ga Dome. The event generates a lot of bread. this is atl first time getting the event. Jax should make an attempt to get it. Nyc, bos, phi, LA n hou have all had this major annual event. Love to c Jax on the list.

after a google search I c a Jacksonville bid has already been requested. im not even a fan of wrestling, but do c the big picture n what event does.

It would be a coup to land that. Unfortunately, the arena really isn't all that big. If I remember correctly, Summer Slam (another PPV event) hosted 60K+ people. On the same note though, Summer Slam is outdoors, but that's kind of its hook. Who knows. It would sell out in no time, that's for sure.

Jacksonville's proposal is to hold Wrestlemania outdoors at the stadium...I believe this was done inoprlando a few years ago and was well received.
