im considering the purchase of 225 n laura 3 story next to chamblins. its zoned ccb d (?) can i use that city legislation allowing myself to reside in the building?

Also Chamblin's is opening in about a week and a half....

Hasn't this building already been used as a loft ?   I seem to remember the T-U doing a story in which it was one of a few featured.  I believe I clipped  the article.  This was probably 2000 or earlier.
