Jackies has had its share of Mandatory closings by the health department. Frank's seafood, now called Beachside Seafood & Sandwich Company, is a fantastic place, 120 3rd Street in Jax Beach. The restaurant is upstairs, the fish market down, they had mullet fish dip last week. Was excellent.
And, that $115 will save Jacksonville from financial ruin. - Mayor John Peyton
