They did some site work a few months about but it's been quiet since.  No equipment or anything on site.

Looks like Riveplace Blvd/ Museum Circle will end at the roundabout, current rendering shows building coming really close to Prudential/Haskell building

No, the roads are all staying the same.  The roundabout you see in that rendering is the one at the dead end of San Marco Blvd at the fountain.

Correct me please if I am wrong; but isn't N8 the 22 story monolith on Beaver and Pearl? I don't think anythings going vertical there yet; someone said "horizontal," in which I don't know what that means...unless it means site prep. Please advise; thanks!
