Yeah...not so much.  Not into chaos and anarchy.  Would rather spread peace, love and beauty, thanks just the same.  :)  Random Acts of Beauty, Guerilla Good Deeds.

Chaos=Creativity

Anarchy=Not following someone else's rules

yep I like it :-)

nvrenuf

I view it as chaos=mixing things up and not sticking to the same ol' same ol'. Messing with the status quo will always cause chaos in somebody's world. Depending on how they are intended chaos & anarchy in and of themselves are not negative words. IMHO.

Time for SOS to take the lead............no agenda, but for the neighborhoods good overall!

i'm sorry i missed this one, especially since i stop by that store fairly often--i just had too much goïng on this weekend.
Kuroi, you can still be part of the process by giving the owners positive feedback the next time you buy something.  Altruism is wonderful, but it helps when business owners can see that a project like this has a direct effect on their bottom line.

KuroiKetsunoHana

definite point, and thank you for pointing that out--i wouldn't've thought ov it.

Went by there this morning, on the way to Three Layers, looks much better than it did! Kudos to SOS!

Sheclown, can you post a picture?  I have lots of grand visions for our vacant lots in Springfield.

Any ideas on the lot across the street?
I like the chalk festival idea.  Either a contest or just a group random act of beauty.  Yeah, I know the art will wash away but who cares?  One more excuse to get people on an unloved corner interacting with each other.

Maybe we could mark out a giant circle and make a mandala.

Rebels Wielding Chalk!!

Springfielder

I'd rather do something at the place a couple blocks up, at Liberty

@ Springfielder...they all need to be done!!!

Chalk festival.  Cool idea.

CELEBRATE OUR SLABS!

I am in love with that building and lots surrounding it Springfielder. Love it!!

In San Diego they have a place called the "flower fields." rannuculus of all colors for acres and acres. Gorgeous.

Since the lots aren't mowed , throwing wild flower seeds is pretty simple. "Seeds of Hope."

This will be more challenging b/c it is weed patches and slabs of concrete.
