Hey kids remember September 30 is World Heart Day so get out there and celebrate!  May I suggest getting on your bike and riding to the park with your friends and family.   ;D

Thanks for the heads up.  I've never heard of World Heart day.  Good thing it falls on sunday so I should be able to get out with the family and do some hiking or biking.
