Board & Secure permits: What do other cities do?

These are the ideas that Preservation SOS has been kicking around. 

It will be great to see what the city can do with the board and secure permit plan.

sheclown.......everything posted makes a lot of sense and looks to me to be cost effective and a really viable alternative to bulldozing everything in sight! This is a path of common sense and sure am glad it has come to this!

I am so happy that, now that there is a voice for preservation coming out of Springfield, the city has been so willing to listen.  This is all positive for moving forward
