Ok so im on phone reading Jax Business Journal....and I see that a BBQ joint in jax will have their sauce bottled and sold in Wal Mart & Kroger nationally...Is this the first Jax Co do get a deal like this? Will Winn Dixie be next? I have never heard of Jerome Brown BBQ.....It says its on Edgewood and another spot on Main Street. Wal Mart is a big dog....they aint exactly piggly wiggly. Has anyone heard of this place?

Yes, they have pretty good food and some of the sweetest lemonade that I've ever tasted.

I think Jerome Browns sauce is hands down better than Stubbs sauce(WalMarts current speciatly bbq sauce offering)... Stubbs moves pretty well b/c of their distribution, but I would imagine that if Jerome Browns did some good promoting in their initial product launch they would win out on taste over anything currently on Wal Mart's shelves(aka Kraft products).

The daughter is the one really spearheading the Wal Mart move.  I spoke with her once and you could tell immediately she was a smart cookie.
