Considering the concession companies that the Jags use determine the price and not the brewery, it ain't going to be a bargain.

You should tailgate in Lot H where Bold City and Intuition are going to be setting up camp. You might get some free beer out of that to compensate for the higher price in the stadium!

We hope to be brewing beer on October 7th. That will be when we should have our Federal and state brewing permits finalized. The Federal brewers permit takes 95 days!!

We plan on kicking off the brand with 3 beers Florida/Georgia -Halloween Weekend.
The completion of our taproom and Grand Opening will be in the middle of November.

The Jags have some really cool new things going on.  The Teal Town area is doing $2 drafts pre-game.  They're going to have a build your own hot dog option at certain vendors.  Also anxious to check out the new Seabest Seafood vendor as well.

I should not have spoken for Bold City but Intuition Ale Works will be hosting tailgates in lot H once the season starts. I'll be pouring 3-4 beers out of our Tailgating/Promo Van,at each home game. We will feature test batches and our "core beers".

It will be a great opportunity to get feed back on our beers and to spread some love. I'll post something about the first tailgate on Metrojax, Facebook, twitter and our blog.

The pre-season tailgates will be low key. Just drinking Dale's Pale Ale and craft beer in the can. Please stop by and say hey if you spot our IAW flag. I roll in a Knighton jersey and I love sharing beer

Also, I've got season tix in the Budzone with 70 friends and our tailgates should become epic. So the more the merrier.

Bold City Brewery beers will be on tap at EverBank Field for all Jacksonville Jaguars home games this year.

The Jaguars’ first 2010 home game is the preseason game against the Miami Dolphins at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21. Bold City brews will be available at these locations inside the stadium:


Outside the Bud Zone: Gate 1 by sections 104/105
Outside the Bud Zone: Gate 4 by sections 141/142
Lower East Zone Club: Beers of the World
Lower West Zone Club: Beers of the World
Sections 415/416 and 430/431: in 1800 Cantina

Co-owner Susan Miller said she has no idea how much beer Bold City will sell at the stadium.

"I am just happy to be in there," she said. "That is a big step."

Bold City Brewery is based in a former ironworks in the inner Jacksonville suburb of Riverside. Susan Miller and her son and co-owner Brian Miller plan to more than double the brewery’s weekly capacity to 4,000 gallons and its annual revenue to $520,000 this year.

I'm in section 142, so I really could not be more happy that the nearest concession stand will have Dukes on tap!!!
