I saw this posted on a door today on the old River Printing building on Hogan. Anyone have any info?

I have no idea of what is going on at this location but a sports bar is going into the space next to Chew (between Chew & Scottie Stores) on Adams Street.

I recently learned from a pretty good source that London Bridge is up for sale... again...
