Is there anyone on this board from Ben Carter Properties?

I heard several people in Dick's commenting on the new Bass Pro Shops coming to SJTC. (?)

Then the next day an unrelated person shared the same news, yet it is not on the BPS website, nor can I find any announcements on it.

They were all quite enthusiastic about it.

Does anyone have any details on this? Is it fact or just another rumor gone wild.
