So why not just start a Trolley company?

Is there anything preventing a private entity from obtaining a license to operate a trolley streetcar downtown?
Nothing shuts up doubters better than doing something they say can't be done. Ock or anyone, have you tried to start a company here?

There comes a time when protest falls on death ears (BRT plan) and someone needs to take action and PROVE a better way in reality. I have to believe that with this much public will for it, it's only a matter of times and through much patience that it will happen.
