Nutrition store

I will be moving into the Jacksonville are, towards the end of the year. I am looking for an ideal place, to build a Nutrition store/Vitamins- Sports Supplements and a healthy Smoothie bar inside> Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I would prefer to be in the Saint Johns or Ponte Vedra area, but more important, would be the most appreciated area.
