Glad you did a story on this....I was walking through it this morning and was thinking here's a downtown park with large shade trees and benches for reading a book or having a picnic (question from another thread).

As for maintenance, while the park is in the Church St. ROW and therefore owned by the City, it is primarily maintained by church staff and volunteers.

Also, thanks for letting the tree partially block my house in one of the pics  :)
