A while ago, I mentioned that this building is just perfect for a small car museum like for for Brumos older porsche race cars.  Add a fast food component like a Sonic and it would make Main Street a destination - at least for Porsche fanatics!

There is already the guy at 7th and Laura with his Mercedes collection (isn't he the guy that also runs Deja-Vu?). Would be nice for him to have a better spot to keep his cars. Also, the empty lot across from the Superette on 7th got a cadillac collection.

but then again, they probably want $1Million/month rent for that place.

I am surprised nobody has complained about the cars in the street.  I had neighbor arround the corener that reported me for having a car without a tag parked out front for a week while I was selling it.
