I concur completely that the car, or any car/ buss, should not be modified to suit, but restored and the business and the required items be modified to suit the car.  Something like a hot dog stand is a good fit because it is less intensive in needs.

The location must be affordable....money is tight everywhere.  Restoring the car, even through the non-profit is expensive.

Ock, can you get a hold of the owner of the car?  Or PM me?  The first step is to see if the guy would be interested in letting the car change hands.
