oh now that will help revitalize downtowns leading public square.  who designed that stalin?

  that blows. park place would have been the most easily renovated minimall or whatever EVER. and now we get-STREET LEVEL CUBICLES!!! YAY. well on the bright side, all those working stiffs should attract more beggers. how convenient. right across the street from their primary housing.
