Elements of Urbanism: Huntsville

It doesn't appear that parking meters have affected downtown Huntsville all that adversly.  Meters are enforced Mon-Fri from 8-5 and not on weekends.  That being said it, evidently some people are having issues with them.

Any place where the city buses stop running at 6 PM (as is the case in Huntsville) is a role model of what NOT to do.
