Does this mean that the baptist tower construction is picking up again?

Also, what is intended for the Nira and San Marco Blvd site.  That equipment has been there for some time.  The medical office is supposed to be a block south.

Is Bakery MoDerne owned by the same person/people that own/owned VooDeux Bakery (on Rosselle)?  I called & spoke to someone over there (VooDeux) a couple of weeks ago trying to get some chocolate/orange cookies, but she indicated that she was closing up for now & to look for them to re-open in Riverside @ the first of the year.

I saw people in there Friday night and was quite surprised! What a welcome addition the the nieghborhood, and that commerical block in particular. Hope they can make it until John Gorrie gets finsihed !

FYI, there is a breakfast/lunch restaurant and new restrooms under construction at the Jacksonville Farmers Market on Beaver Street.  Vendors tell me it should open around April.

^Cool, I passed by it Saturday but assumed it was offices and restroom facilities so I didn't take a picture.

^Was a little disappointed in our trip there the other night, took a long time for the food and their credit card machine was down.  Sandwich was ok, black beans and rice were good.  They had only been open about a week though, so we'll see how they do as more time passes.

No. It is still on "delay".

What y'all don't know is that small MEP infrastructure projects have been on going in the plant for the Wolfson Childrens Adult Tower all year. They are just to the point where some of the equipment is parked outside.
