Councilmember Jay Jabour Named to DVI Board

City Council President Daniel Davis has nominated Council member Jay Jabour to the DVI board.

This is a good thing.  I've personally spoken to him, and he seems to get the issues with things like lighting, signage, etc.  Hopefully he can rattle some cages down there.

If somebody talks to him, can you tell him he still has campaign signs up around town.
