JEDC approves $448,000 for 2 companies

The JEDC just approved state tax refunds for Everbank and Magenta Technology.  Everbank will add 120 new jobs to it's new headquarters with an average annual wage of $45,539.  London-based Magenta will open up it's North American office in downtown, creating 11 jobs with an average annual salary of $93,636.  Jacksonville beat out Dallas, San Jose, Charlotte, Charleston and South Florida for this company.

Great news about the new company investing in Jax.  I wonder what space they will occupy?

Also, I think Jax won because we offered the most money....

Excellent news.  More jobs DT, and good, even very good wages to boot.

Jax needs more announcements like this.
