really? I live near E. 7th & Market and my neighbors said hardly anyone came last year.....i don't think they decorated though.....we'll be ready though!
Yeah, but it's Halloween Central over on Market north of 7th this year, so I think we may draw a crowd.

I don't think I did candy last year...I was at Shanty with JFK, Jesus, and Sid n' Nancy.

I live on Boulevard, and its not as dense as the rest of the neighborhood. So for me it has varied year to year. Last year was busy, but for about 3 years before that....very few kids. I'd just be prepared for either.

well, the SPAR board says it will be back up in a few weeks. guess they are doing some major changes.

so no list of candy-houses i guess.

Quotelast year I think I had maybe 10 kids at the most. It was very dull. Still have left over candy.

You want to see Trick and Treaters, come to Edgewood Ave in Avondale. I swear someone buses these kids in, because many, I never see, but once a year. I always like asking the high school students "Aren't you a little old to be asking for candy"? Never had an egg on the house yet, but we must get 200-300 kids along our street every year. With tough times, I expect even more.

Sad to see moms wheel up their 1-month olds and ask for candy. Shouldn't you be at home with your newborn instead of out soliciting candy? Sad to see.

They ceased listing houses, the whole place is considered safe, with parents along of course for the youngsters, which is nessessary anywhere.
I get between 100 and 150, they do come in from the surrounding area also

But in fairness Chris, everyone seeks your house out. We all know where the good candy is :-D

Dan B that is so sweet.  We have loaded up this year, usually we snitch it before time but Angus will not let us touch it - it is for tricatreat

You better not be stealing our candy! :-) I happen to know for a fact that you have enough cookie dough to make several dozen cookies! :-D haha
