That work work great, IMO.  I was in the Deep Blue space this past weekend, and it's a cool space, but VERY isolated.  Joining it with the bottom space would be a good thing.

Is it officially dead? I know it's been forever in the making.

Fuddruckers is officially dead.  They've taken down the construction equipment and coming soon sign. Ale House would be a good boost for that side.  Its pretty dead along that section.

Chicago Pizza, Ale House, Hooters, and Twisted Martini could make for a lively atmosphere.

You forgot Mavericks... packed to the gills Friday and Saturday nights...
In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

- At the beach, the Chicago Pizza has incorporated "Rush Street" - very cool, but I'm not sure if it is actually autonomous of it.

Fuddruckers = dead, great news. I always hated them in Atlanta.

No more new rumors, people passed on new Fuddrucker rumors like bad gas, and now they are finally dead.

You bite your tongue, I love Fuddruckers.  I haven't eaten there in a decade, but it brings back fond childhood memories.  On the other hand, I would much rather have an Ale House.

Fudd is/was a dudd. Take it from a guy who had to endure Atlanta for 10 years. Every time I went to the Fudd, it was worse than the last visit. Times Grill here in Jax blows them away!
