Jacksonville used to be very limited when it came to Farmer's Markets, in less than a year a plethora have sprung up in every part of town.

Here's my current tally:

- Beaver Street (daily)
- Hemming Plaza (Fridays)
- Riverside Art Market (Saturdays)
- San Marco (Saturdays)
- Mandarin Whole Foods (Saturdays)
- St. John's Towncenter (Saturdays)
- Orange Park Mall (Saturdays)
- Oak Leaf Plantation (Saturdays)
- Avenues Mall (Sundays)

Obviously the glut is on Saturday.....any guesses as to which one's don't make it?

fsu- It depends.  I can certainly see your point, but do you think each of these draws from the same pool of patrons?  I think giving people options that reduce the need to travel across town can potentially bring in those who wouldn't drive to the others.

I'd rather have too many options than not enough.

Isn't the San Marco one more plant based, and not so much produce and such?
Jacksonville: We're not vertically challenged, just horizontally gifted!

Well add another in Green Cove Springs that will be starting this month, too.  There are more as well - Nocatee, St. Augustine, Fernandina, the Beaches, Julington Creek, etc. come to mind.
