Been watching NFL network and comments from the commish.  Looks like the Stadium project for L.A. is going to be a reality.  The NFL is and the possible new ownership group are looking at possible franchises to move there.  The commish has mentioned a stadium and team to be in place around 2013.  L.A. is very likely going to get an existing team...

The only question is which city loses.
In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

The Chargers make the most sense.

Chargers or Jags, guess it would depend on what would be a better financal move

If Weaver's kids don't start taking more of an interest in the team, as he has mentioned on more than one occasion, Weaver may sell it off. Franchises that do well, have family involved for more than 1 generation. Unless Weaver's get more involved, I don't think its economics, unless another local Jax person buys the team and keeps it here.

Weaver won't sell the team.

Vikings have stadium issues also...

I'm afraid is cheaper & easier to build a new stadium than a local fan base.
And though I long to embrace, I will not replace my priorities: humour, opinion, a sense of compassion, creativity and a distaste for fashion.

Reed, Tampa might not be so great now, but they have a Super Bowl Championship. Just sayin'. Oh, move there? Why yes, I'm already planning to :)

Well, if you have a SB title in the bag, you shouldn't be in the condition you're in right now, not matter how long or recent it was.

Don't Bet on that (Every man has his price)!

If Wayne Weaver has no one to take over the team, he will sell it. Why hold onto it? His kids have shown no interest, who locally would take over his share of the team, since he holds the majority of the shares?

However, fitting in a messed up way.

True, however I think Miami's bad luck has rubbed off on Bucs and Jags. Them darned Dolphins.
