Avondale House in Need of Help...

Actually, it's probably me more than the house that needs help.  I've had my house listed for sale for over 6 months during this latest stint, have had it listed FSBO for the last year and a half and prior to that, had it listed for almost 2 years with a broker while renters were in the property.  I have not been back to Jacksonville in months due to my inability to afford to fly.  I was notified by a realtor, other than my own, through feedback from a showing that the property is in "very poor" condition and apparantly has been vandalized through spray pain on the shed in the backyard.

There is no way in hell that I can manage this property as a leasor, nor can I afford to pay a property managment company to do this for me while I live in TX.  What I am looking for is someone who would be willing to pay a significantly reduced rent to live in the property and maintain it while it is listed for sale.  The address is 1211 Hollywood Ave.

I just need a responsbile person that keeps a clean house, can paint the shed, and make necessary repairs/maintenance inside the house that I can not do while living 14 hours away.

If anyone is interested or you know of anyone, PLEASE email me at, second_pancake@yahoo.com.

I may be able to help you, email me at mtraininjax@yahoo.com, I feel your pain, we need to get your lawn cut asap, I have a guy/group that does our lawns for $20 a cut in the area, so let's start with that first.
