From the TU:

"Saturday night in Canton, Ohio, nearly seven years after Hayes' death from kidney failure and other ailments, his speed on the football field will finally be rewarded with the ultimate honor that eluded him while he was alive.

His dream of enshrinement in the Pro Football Hall of Fame will come to fruition, as Hayes and five others are inducted in a nationally televised ceremony at Fawcett Stadium."

As a kid growing up in Jax in the 60's, Bob Hayes' achievements as an Olympian and Cowboys receiver were HUGE.  This HOF induction is long overdue and should have happened while Bob was still alive.
