Restaurant and boutique construction in Riverside
Emly Benham Investments LLC was permitted by the city on July 15 to begin renovations and construction at 3611 St. Johns Ave. According to the permit application, Auld & White Constructors LLC will renovate the former Casablanca Beauty Salon site into a 70-seat restaurant and a retail boutique. A two-story addition with storage is planned at the site, as well. Gerard Vermey of Jacksonville Beach is the listed architect of the 5,639-square-foot project that is expected to cost $575,000.
