I can see downtown fireworks by standing in the middle of my street and dodging the cars. With only $50K being spent I doubt anything will be high enough to see over trees.

Besides the beach are there any other cool spots to take my sweetheart for some non public funded fireworks?

They used to have fireworks at the OP Mall on July 3rd.
